MSU Extension is bringing tai chi to the library! Whether you started this summer, have experience elsewhere, or are looking to try this practice for the first time, you're welcome to join us! Gain benefits like increased strength, balance and posture and reduced stress with these gentle movements. This program is targeted to help older adults and older adults with disabilities at risk for falls stay active, but all adults are welcome. Attendance for all 18 sessions is recommended due to class format.
