This is where FUN and EXERCISE really do go together! We are super excited to offer Chair Exercise as a weekly event to have fun, socialize, and rock out to top oldies hits all while burning calories...

We will be making and painting an accordion-folded circle, also known as paper rosettes to make an accordion fan or colorful hanging art.  Recommended for ages 4 and up.  Children under 7 will need an adult helper.
