Build strength and flexibility along with a calmer mind in this gentle yoga class for beginners. Learn to focus your breathing, alignment, and balance while learning the foundations of basic yoga. Please bring your own mat. If you use blocks, blankets, or other props, please feel free to bring them! Attendees are encouraged to dress in layers.
