Take & Make Felt Pi Magnets

This Pi Day get creative and celebrate everyone's favorite mathematical constant—π (3.14)—with a fun, hands-on craft! Using recycled bottle caps, tan felt, and small beads, we'll create adorable tiny "pies" turning them into sweet mini magnets. Add a little math-inspired creativity to your day and show off your love of Pi in the most deliciously crafty way!

Each kit will contain three bottle caps, red and blue seed beads, brown felt, and three magnets. Because the materials are small, this take and make kit is designed for teens and adults. 
*NOTE: Glue is not provided with this kit. You will need a strong glue, preferably a clear gel tacky glue to ensure your materials stick firmly.* 

Pick up your take & make craft kit at Butman-Fish Public Library, then follow the included instructions to bake up your own slice of Pi at home—no oven required!
