Program Description

Description

The program is designed to meet twice per week and combines gentle, evidence-based Tai Chi movement with sleep education. Participants will learn simple, low-impact Tai Chi forms that support relaxation, balance, and falls prevention, along with practical strategies to improve sleep quality through sleep education.

The program is appropriate for adults of all fitness levels. It can be done seated or standing. The program is cumulative, so participants are encouraged to register for the first program and to attend as many sessions as possible, as each Tai Chi form builds upon the previous one.
