Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. On Tuesday January 6, we'll take a look at Sleep Basics. Explore the importance of sleep for physical and mental health, recognize good sleep hygiene, and identify strategies to improve sleep.
