Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. On Thursday March 19, we'll discuss all the benefits of laughter in the workshop Laughter is the Best Medicine. Learn how to incorporate more laughter into your daily life and explore the social, emotional, mental, and physical benefits of laughter.
