Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. On Thursday February 19, learn about the brain's negativity bias, in the workshop Changing Negative Self-Talk. We'll discuss the benefits of positive self-talk and explore other tools for dealing with negative self-talk.
