Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. On Thursday March 5, we'll experience the workshop Building Resilience to Avoid Burnout. Learn to recognize the symptoms of burnout and a variety of protective factors to avoid it.
