Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. We kick off this series Tuesday, December 2nd with the workshop Brief Practices in Mindfulness. Establish an understanding of mindfulness and learn several mindful practices including breathing, grounding, ways to quiet your mind, and much more.
