Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress. On Thursday January 29, we'll discuss the Begin with a Breath workshop. During this lesson, we'll learn the practices of mindful breathing and mindful movement.
