Our friends from MSU Extension are bringing a variety of Mindfulness for Better Living workshops to Butman-Fish Library! These workshops help people learn ways to use mindfulness to manage everyday stress.On Thursday December 9, experience the Be Kind to Your Mind workshop. This explores techniques to learn to be a detached observer of your thoughts using the power of acceptance and gratitude.
