Description

Imam Robert Shaheed from the Islamic Center of Saginaw's Downtown location will lead a lively discussion on the history of the Islamic religion in Michigan at Hoyt on Thursday, May 7 at 6:30 p.m.  Imam Shaheed has been the Imam/Director of Religious Affairs at the Islamic Center of Saginaw since 1986.  With over forty years experience as an Imam and commuity activist Imam Shaheed has worked tirelessly to galvanize the various ethnicities that constitute the Muslim community.  This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited, so register online or call (989) 755-0904.
