Friday Flicks with Riverside Film Festival

Do you miss the Valley Film Society? Join us for a series of independent, foreign, and art house films at the library! In collaboration with Riverside Film Festival, we'll show a movie on selected Fridays and leave plenty of time afterward for discussion.

On this date, we will be watching Born Hungry (2024). 

Born Hungry is the inspiring true story of celebrity chef Sash Simpson. As a young Indian boy, Sash is abandoned by his family, and forced to survive alone on the streets of Chennai by eating from garbage bins.
