Description

What came first? The chicken or the egg? In this 4-H partnership, youth will discover embryology in a 4 week series of workshops to discover the development of chickens and get hands on experience with incubating eggs and watching them hatch. Each week's session will cover something new and exciting. This week, youth patrons will get to view development inside of the egg by 'candling' and learning about the parts of the egg, including a dissection of an unfertilized egg! The following sessions are April 18, and 24 (hatch day)! Please register for each session individually. The following sessions are April 18 and 24 (hatch day)! Intended for children ages 6-15.
