All About Apples!

Have you ever walked around the produce section of the grocery store and noticed all the different types of apples? Some are bright red, while others are yellow or green. Some may be tart, while others are sweet. Why are there different varieties of apples, and how does an apple grow from a seed? In this event, our 4H partners will give you tastes of different types of apples sold in our area and help you identify what makes them different. Finish up the event with an apple craft to take home! This event is a drop-off youth program in partnership with 4H and is intended for ages 6-12. Registration is required.
