Drop-in storytime fun! We can't wait to have you join us for stories, music, crafts, games, and more!

Join us for an hour or 2 of needle arts at Hoyt Library. Bring a project to work on or a project that you need help with! All needlework is welcome. First Friday of the month, 10 am - 12 pm.

Librarian Josh will be available for one-on-one technology help appointments. There are 3 sessions of 50 minutes available. We will call to set up an appointment.

Ever wondered how the science of crime works? Join Keith Lamont from the Michigan State Police Crime Lab in Bridgeport for an introduction of how crime scene science works, from trace evidence to biology and beyond.

Lessons on the continental knitting technique to be given to beginners. Experienced knitters can bring their own projects for a socializing evening. Registration is required via our website or by calling Zauel.

You will learn a few puppetry basics.  Then, in pairs, you will choose puppets and develop your own mini puppet script based on a given scenario.  Finally, you will get a chance to perform your puppet skit live!
