Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's own inner intelligence.  In today's day and age, we could all use a little more stillness in our lives, so take a mindful moment out of your day to learn about mindfulness, the benefits and how to put these ancient and healing teachings into practice. This session is experiential so come ready to meditate and learn basic breathing exercises to help you reduce stress.
