Help to brighten the day of a shut-in! WE will provide you with a notecard and stamped envelope, pre-addressed to the Commission on Aging - Saginaw. YOU can write an encouraging message and drop it in the mail. The cards will be delivered with the "Meals on Wheels" meal.
